CoreStaff Co.,Ltd. only sells products that meet the strict quality standards of our "Analysis Center", a facility specializing in testing items from our inventory

Products procured from sources outside authorized channels carry the risk of being counterfeit or deteriorating over time

CoreStaff has transmission X-rays, fluorescent X-rays, microscopes, and even curve tracers that can handle IV characteristic testing.
We also have IC package opening equipment, so we are able to conduct internal chip inspections in-house.

All products purchased from CoreStaff are guaranteed for 1 year.

The warranty is limited to the product price.
If a product delivered by us is defective, we will conduct a "defect analysis" at our expense and submit a report.

In this case, the inspection includes appearance inspection and package opening. Please note that other tests will incur additional charges.
In the event of a defect, please submit a "Failure Analysis Request Form" that provides details of the defect in the product we have delivered.
Please note that we cannot accept returns simply because the manufacturer cannot confirm the shipping history.
If the analysis results show that the product we delivered is good and the other products are defective, we will charge you the costs associated with the analysis. Customers are responsible for distinguishing between good and defective products.

Supplier ranks C-1 and C-2 are guaranteed for 365 days if they can provide samples of good quality and pass the inspection by an external inspection agency, and if they do not have samples of good quality or do not conduct an inspection by an external inspection agency, the supplier guarantees. According to the period.
This warranty is for the end user. For companies in the same industry, the warranty period is one month, and we do not support defect analysis.
